Changed your mind? It happens. 

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases made online. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at:



  • We offer a refund on products returned provided that they are in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and unopened.
  • Please note that due to health reasons, we cannot accept any returns of opened goods. 
  •  Should the refund be approved, the item will need to be returned back to us at your own expense.
  • Please note, we are not responsible for any items that are lost in transit. Shipping fees for items returned back to us are non-refundable.


Defective Goods

  • If you believe your product to be defective once opened, please get in touch with us immediately ( and provide a description and photographic evidence of the issue.
  • If our team agrees once your case has been assessed, you will not be held liable for any courier costs and we will exchange the item for you free of charge.


  • Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • We suggest that you return the item you have and once that return has been accepted by us, you can then purchase the new item you are after.
